Clean, super comfie bed, not a good view outside. Stayed until just before checkout time and pested regularly by house keeping. Nice room.
The room was clean and reasonably priced. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again if I go back to Pierre.
Nice open room, very comfy bed and pillows. Climate control was easy and quiet. Shower was amazing!!@. Breakfast was a wide selection of bland disappointment. Spongy pancakes hard bacon,etc. Request an odd number room to avoid traffic and train noises.
Stayed two nights for business. Staff was pleasant but rooms were slow to be cleaned and the King room reserved was not ready when we checked in. Therefore settled for the queens to dump baggage. In fairness, it was around 2 PM and I guess check-in not until 3 or 4 PM there. It is an older hotel and they definitely should invest in some new mattresses and chairs for the rooms. You can see the sagging mattress in my photos and I did not sleep well at all from the lack of comfort. I was surprised also when I noticed the room did not have a fridge and microwave, which in others has been fairly standard. Overall, my floor was quiet however, a coworker on the first floor had to move rooms due to noise from the pool with kids. *Tip quieter on the higher floors. Considering the location and rewards for HIE I would stay again. Recommended considering your options in the area only and a video on the YouTube channel.
