They do good work at a fair price. Installed a starter with a lifetime warranty. Installed a muffler for me. Always do my oil changes. Get me in fast and get the work done in a timely manner. Worked with me on payments when pay day was close. Would recommend to anyone.
I was on a hunting trip and my truck started to make a strange noise. I drove from VA to pheasant hunt so had little time to deal with issue. Called Ray's and they had my truck on the lift within 20 minutes of my phone call trouble shooting the problem. After looking at a few things they diagnosed the problem as my universal joint. Not only did they present the busted parts to show me what was causing the problem they personally drove to the parts store to pick up the part to save time (versus waiting for delivery). From phone call to back on the road total time ~ 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
